We provide coaching, strategic consulting, structured programmes, and speaking and workshop engagements. Our services are advisory and educational in nature and are designed to support your own decision-making.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are entering into an engagement on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Sessions may be booked through our website or scheduling platform. Confirmed bookings are subject to availability and to these terms.
We ask that you attend scheduled sessions punctually. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrival does not extend the session duration.
Fees are communicated in writing before an engagement begins. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in advance of services being delivered.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Requests to reschedule should be made as far in advance as reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to reschedule a session where unavoidable circumstances prevent us from delivering it as planned.

We treat information shared during coaching and consulting engagements as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
We ask that you extend the same confidentiality to other participants in group programmes and workshops.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

Either party may end an engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms agreed for that engagement.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where continuing would be unproductive, unprofessional, or inconsistent with our values.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
